Yes, once the gift is claimed: the holder can walk their parcel and the realm around it in the browser, meet neighbouring holders, take on the Keepers' errands and decorate their estate.

The Collector Pack is the full keepsake: an embossed, foiled certificate, realm map, presentation folder, metal registry card and the Keeper's letter, sealed in wax and posted to a UK address. The Digital Pack is the same registration as files: a print-at-home A4 certificate and the Keeper's letter, available instantly. Both include the game and 3 months of the live experience. The Collector Pack goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48 to UK addresses only (not the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man), usually leaving the Registry within 3 days, with delivery included in the price. You can send it to yourself or straight to the recipient. The Digital Pack is downloaded straight after payment and emailed to you, and you can have it emailed to the recipient on a day you choose.

Not yet. We sell to UK buyers only, paying with a UK-issued card and a UK billing address, and we deliver to UK addresses only. Orders from outside the UK are refunded in full and not fulfilled.

Every gift includes 3 months of the live experience: daily starlight shards, estate decorations, riddles, the hidden cabinets and the seasonal Ledger. The months start on the day the recipient claims the gift, not the day you buy it.

The parcel is still theirs. The estate is frozen exactly as it stands, so everything they placed stays on show. Walking the realms, the Journal, relics, outfits, visiting other travellers and Eternal Ledger entries are free forever. The Keepers send a reminder 14 days and 3 days before.

Yes, at checkout: the live add-on gives 6 months more, as a single payment. It isn't a subscription and nothing renews. The gift card and emails mention how long the live experience lasts, never what you paid.

Collector Packs are personalised and made to order, and digital content starts as soon as you pay, so the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply (you agree to this at checkout). If something arrives damaged or faulty, or you've made a mistake, contact the Keepers and we'll put it right. Full details are in the terms.

Yes. At checkout, choose "Time it for an occasion" and pick an arrive-by date. The Keepers hold the pack and post it so it lands on or just before the day.
