Recorded since the First Radiance
The Celestial Registry
Marble, gold and everlasting light
Before the first mortal drew breath, the Luminous Expanse was already old. Its meadows of light were surveyed by the Keepers of the Golden Ledger, who walk the cloudbanks with instruments of polished aurora and record every acre in ink distilled from dawn.
The Celestial Registry is the oldest of the Astral archives. Its marble halls hold ownership records written on leaves of gold so thin they drift when the choirs pass. To hold a parcel here is to hold a stillness — a place where the light never quite sets.
Four great districts divide the Expanse. Cloud Nine, where the air itself hums; the Harmony Gardens, terraced in silver blossom; the Celestial Heights, whose spires catch the oldest light in existence; and the Golden Meadows, where the grass is said to remember every name spoken kindly.
Claims are witnessed by Seraphel personally. The Registry asks only one thing of its holders: that the parcel be given, at least once, as a gift.
